Featured Property: 5 Bedroom Villa, Paphos

Cyprus has great cuisine, weather and also the odd luxury property, such as the 5 bedroom villa below, so why on earth wouldn’t you want to invest in a slice of the med?

This villa is on the edge of Sea Caves, which is on the northern coastline above Coral Bay area. Both are part of picturesque Peyia, which is around 18km away from Paphos itself, so a relatively short drive. Sea Caves are known for being rural and quiet, perfect for a private break where you can really unwind without compromising on your home comforts.

The order of the day in this breath taking location are evening walks along the cliffs and watching the sunset in the west. The villa is perfectly positioned to capture the dramatic rocky outcrops and natural caves if art or photography are interests of yours this is the ideal base for you.

Other impressive attributes this luxury property has to offer are: a swimming pool, private beach, Jacuzzi, surround sound system, beautiful sea views as well as a sizeable study for catching up on those emails that just won’t wait.

Upon entry this house wows, with a black granite entrance hall and double curved staircase to the first floor. The huge living space is divided by a simple archway between the kitchen/diner to the living room and another between this living space and study or office room.

The enormous kitchen is fitted by top of the range Dietrich appliances and is 28 square meters in size (see, we said enormous!). It has a family friendly central island as well as a laundry and larder at one end, which is opposite the large patio windows looking across the terrace.

The lounge is separated from the hallway by two very grand columns and enjoys the sea views in addition to atmospheric hidden lighting and surround sound, perfect for movie nights in with a bottle of wine.

The office space is the same size as the kitchen and has a large mahogany desk as the central feature as well as a storeroom and WC to its rear.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and the master is in the centre of the villa at a whopping 35 square meters in size. The master also has a granite vanity unit behind the king sized bed and large panoramic windows overlooking the Mediterranean. Not only that, an en-suite bedroom adjoins the master, which is fitted with a luxury Jacuzzi bath and walk in massage shower. Bliss!

The basement has been transformed into an entertainment paradise with a snooker table along with a bar and juke boxes, so a great place for the children to retire to after dinner, or for you and your friends to have a few games and a drink after a hard day relaxing on the gorgeous Cypriot beaches. Also on this basement level is the final bedroom and bathroom as well as the entrance to another storage room and the garage. This lower level would be ideal for the youngsters on your trip to hideaway and enjoy themselves whilst you soak in the views from the wraparound terrace, accessible from every bedroom!
